Validity of the gift card, etc.

Date of birdwatching tour

When purchasing a gift card for a birdwatching tour with Why Not Birds? you must set a date for holding the tour.*
This is to avoid overlapping birdwatching tours, as we are unable to hold several tours at the same time!

*The date of the gift card can be changed by agreement between Why Not Birds? and the recipient of the gift card.

Since we cannot guarantee that we will be available on other dates, we recommend that the recipient contact us as soon as possible if the specified date is to be changed.

The birdwatching tour/the amount cannot be exchanged for cash.

Validity period

The birdwatching tour must be held on an agreed date within the validity period of the issued gift card. The validity of a gift card for a birding trip can vary depending on the type of tour, but is generally valid for up to 12 months, unless otherwise agreed.

The validity period will appear on the gift card.

Number of participants

Our birdwatching tours always take place in small groups with max. 4 participants, which also applies to birdwatching tours that are given as gifts (gift cards). By agreement, the number of participants can be expanded - for example if it must apply to a family of more than 4 people.

The number of participants will appear on the gift card.

Delivery

After payment has been received, Why Not Birds? produces and delivers a gift card for the agreed birdwatching tour and price. Your order (the gift card) will only be produced when an agreement has been made and Why Not Birds? has received payment, unless otherwise agreed.
